Auto-Reminders & Pathways Tab
New Auto Reminders: When sending emails from the CRM, you can now set automatic follow-up reminders for a chosen number of days later. Never forget to follow up—Finta will prompt you right on time and Aurora can draft the email for you!
Pathways Tab: Pathways are now easier to navigate, with their own dedicated tab in the expanded contact view. This makes it simpler to see and act on multiple introduction routes for each investor.
Improvements: Fixed an issue that occasionally made creating a new network difficult, plus other minor improvements for smoother scheduling reminders on a single contact.
“Last Contacted” Column in CRM
We’ve added a new “Last Contacted” column to the CRM. This automatically checks your connected inbox for the most recent correspondence with each contact and displays it directly in your CRM.
The new column is sortable and filterable, making it easy to prioritize follow-ups, spot stale relationships, and ensure no important investor slips through the cracks.

Valuation Updates & CRM Enhancements
Updated the “Set Valuation” button to simply “Valuation”, and refreshed the modal’s email button to “Request 409A Valuation” with new gradient styling and a primary button type for improved clarity and design consistency.
Added a “No Connections” option to the intro pathway in the CRM, making it easier to distinguish between a blank state and confirmed lack of connections.
Multiple intro pathways are now displayed directly on the CRM overview, giving users a clearer view of all available warm introduction options.
Fixed a scrolling bug in the email composer, improving usability for longer drafts.
Aurora A.I. - Auto-Draft Email Replies (Beta)
Aurora can now automatically generate draft replies to inbound emails, personalized for every contact in your CRM. Drafts are synced back to your connected inbox and leverage your deal details, contact information, and communication history to produce the most effective, tailored responses.
This feature is currently in beta, and we’d love your feedback as we refine it.

New Pricing Tiers Launched
We’ve introduced three new pricing tiers—Launch, Pro, and Enterprise—to better serve the diverse needs of our customers. Alongside this update, we’ve removed the free plan and introduced a 14-day trial with paywall access, ensuring every user gets the full Finta experience before selecting the plan that best fits their growth stage.
Expanded Investor Database & Account Management Enhancements
Added 150 new Fund of Funds and 2,000 LPs into the investor database, expanding the reach and depth of investor coverage.
Simplified account management by removing the password form from the Manage Account page. Users can now see their connected email displayed directly on the Manage Account page for added clarity and transparency.
Better Data Rooms
We released a series of improvements to Data Rooms to make managing files and folders smoother and more intuitive. Users can now:
• Rename files with changes saved correctly in real time.
• Use right-click dropdown menus (including on shareholder files) for quicker editing and file actions.
• Move folders seamlessly between sections to stay organized.
• Enjoy cleaner tooltips and UI improvements across the Data Room experience.
Aurora A.I. - Suggested Actions
Aurora now suggests the next best actions for users to take when starting a new conversation. Including "Who should I follow up with this week?" which will automatically surface the most active contacts in your CRM.

Bulk Assign Tags & Reminders
Tags now can now be assigned in bulk. When tags are longer or multiple tags are assigned to a single contact, there is now better handling for overflow.
Reminders can now be assigned in bulk to contacts in the CRM. When reminders are returned, users receive an email notification. Contacts with a scheduled reminder will have an orange notification and a returned contact will have a red notification.
Aurora A.I. - Awareness Upgrade & Flexible Deal Terms
Released an update to Aurora’s core system message, further elevating contextual awareness, domain knowledge, personalization, and automated workflow execution.
Increased flexibility of Custom Terms deals to support various scenarios beyond pure investment—such as sales, rent collection, and more.
Users can now easily drag and reorder files within the data room, streamlining document management.
CSV Import & Data Room Improvements
Enhanced CSV import handling for multi-select dropdown columns within the CRM.

Custom CRM Tags & Improved Note Handling
Introduced a new "Custom Tags" column in the CRM, enabling quick sorting and filtering of contacts based on user-defined criteria. Improved management and accuracy for uncapped notes within the Cap Table.
Deal Stage Financial Summaries
Deal stages now display summarized dollar amounts alongside the number of contacts in each stage, providing quick financial insights. Resolved broken deal links issue on the Opportunity Dealflow page for investors.
Default Deal Setting & Performance Boost
No longer need to assign deals to individual contacts before using Finta AI. Users can now select a single deal as their account’s "Default Deal," giving Aurora instant context to take action.
Enhanced overall platform performance, resulting in faster page loading speeds.
Enhanced Investor Filtering & UI Improvements
Quickly filter the Name column to identify and remove blank investor entries. Fixed pagination issue on pitch deck links and improved team page responsiveness when adding or removing team members.
Aurora A.I. - Automatically Prospecting Leads
Now that ever new users starts using Finta by activating a deal, Aurora immediately goes into prospecting mode, finding new investor leads and adding them to your CRM automatically.
Networks For All and New Filters
Free users can now also create new Finta Networks. Must still be on a Pro plan for networks to keep syncing on a weekly basis going forward.
In addition to sorting, the CRM can now be filtered by Investor Name to quickly find blanks, or any other contact by first or last name.
Updated the team page to now confirm when a teammate has been removed.
Phone Numbers, Icons, and Deal Terms
Phone numbers can now be stored for contacts in the CRM and new icons have been added to highlight Finta AI actions within the platform's UI.
Deal terms no longer lock and can now edited after a deal is activated.
Smoother Onboarding
We’ve completely overhauled Finta’s onboarding flow to make getting started faster and easier than ever. New users now have their information automatically enriched at sign-up, enabling a more personalized experience from day one. Users can quickly connect their inbox, invite their team, and book an onboarding call—all within minutes. Plus, every new user activates their first deal during sign-up, allowing Aurora to immediately start identifying and recommending investors.
Finta Networks
Warm introductions are key to closing capital faster, but unlocking these connections has often been challenging. Enter Finta Networks—a streamlined solution for generating valuable, actionable investor networks.
With Finta Networks, users can now sync their email contacts, automatically enriched with profile information like job title, organization, website, social links, and more. Each connection is ranked by relationship strength, allowing users to focus on their most impactful connections. For Finta Pro users, new contacts will sync automatically each week. Finta Networks is now live and available to all users, empowering organizations to unlock warm introductions across their existing stakeholders to reach potential investors seamlessly.
Valuation Modeling
Finta’s cap table now includes valuation and equity modeling, enhancing users' ability to project equity outcomes.
We’ve also updated the UI for viewing emails and meetings, creating a more intuitive experience.
Additionally, new partnerships have been added to the Perks page, offering expanded resources for our users.
Email Open Tracking
Finta now offers email open tracking, enabling users to monitor when recipients open emails. This feature provides valuable insights into engagement levels, allowing for more informed follow-ups and improved communication strategies.

Knowing which investors require followup is critical to executing fundraising workflows. Now Finta highlights unread emails right in the CRM overview. Allowing users to quickly read incoming emails and instantly draft replies with the click of a button.
